1. Welcome to Cloudy Coding. We are a software factory dedicated to developing customized technological solutions. By hiring our services, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.

2. Scope of Service

1. We offer software design, development, implementation, and maintenance according to the requirements agreed upon with the client. Timelines, costs, and deliverables will be detailed in an individual contract for each project.

3. Delivery and Acceptance

1. Each project will have a schedule of partial and final deliveries.

2. The client will have an agreed review period to request minor adjustments within the initial scope of the contract.

3. Any change outside the initial scope will be treated as a new request and may involve additional costs.

4. No Refund Policy

1. Cloudy Coding does not provide refunds under any circumstances, as each project involves specialized and customized work.

2. If the client decides to cancel an ongoing project, payments made up to that point will not be refundable.

3. In case of project cancellation or non-payment, the client will have access to all content created up to that point, but Cloudy Coding will not continue development without payment regularization.

5. Maintenance and Support

1. We offer free maintenance to correct errors that are a direct result of our development.

2. This free maintenance service only applies if the code has not been modified by third parties.

3. If the code has been altered by a third party, any corrections or adjustments will be subject to an additional quote.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Unless otherwise agreed upon in a contract, Cloudy Coding retains intellectual property rights over the developed software until full payment is completed.

2. Once payment is finalized, software ownership is transferred to the client, except for third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development.

3. We reserve the rights to all our specialized brand products, including Cloudy Licenses and No VPN.

7. Confidentiality

1. Cloudy Coding is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by the client.

2. Both parties must ensure the security of the information exchanged during and after the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Cloudy Coding is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the developed software.

2. We are not responsible for failures resulting from improper use or modifications made by third parties.

9. Payment Methods

1. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, electronic payments, and cryptocurrencies.

2. We do not offer installment payments without interest.

3. If the client chooses a payment method that involves additional costs due to currency conversion or cryptocurrency use, these charges will be borne by the client.

4. If the selected payment method incurs an additional transaction fee, Cloudy Coding reserves the right to apply an extra charge to cover that fee.

1. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
